Micha Tortas is dedicated to create unforgettable moments by making customized cakes and snacks for weddings, child parties and events in general. My journey began almost a decade ago, on the 1st of September 2015, when I began baking cupcakes to finance my leadership studies, inspired by the teachings and love of my grandma from the highlands of La Libertad, Perú.

Visual Style:
Minimalist Vintage: A combination of nostalgic elements with a modern and clean presentation. We use a soft-pastel color pallet, classic typographies and subtle decorations to create a feeling of elegance and care in every detail.
Natural and Handmade: We focused on simplicity and authenticity, using materials and colors evoking a feeling of closeness and warmth. This style reflects the brand’s commitment with sustainability and handmade quality.

The symbol of the brand, which aims to show closeness, love, and quality, was inspired by utensils. We also tried to create versatility in its market sector and, for that purpose, we categorized it in 3 parts:
Message: The logo of Micha Tortas conveys that, behind every creation, there’s meticulous attention to detail and a profound love for the art of baking. It’s an image echoing the brand’s mission to create sweet and special moments that transcend pure visuals and reach into the emotions.
Design Versatility: The logo design is versatile. Although it’s inspired by baking, it can also represent any type of handmade craft. Detail or creation the brand offers. This allows the logo to not be limited to cakes, as it can adapt to the different customized products offered by Micha Tortas.
Silhouette: The most distinctive part of the logo is the chef hat with a stylized heart-shaped top. This reflects the core value of the brand: Love. The heart symbolizes the care and dedication we put into making every cake and snack, emphasizing that every detail is thought to convey emotions and create special moments.
